Yaakwah Lodge
Boutique guesthouse website and custom operations backend for a Ghanaian hospitality business.

The problem
Yaakwah Lodge needed more than a brochure site. The twelve-room boutique guesthouse on the Kwabenya–Brekusu Road wanted a polished web presence that would inspire confidence in both local and international guests, alongside a backend system to run the property day-to-day — managing rooms, staff, bookings and availability without juggling spreadsheets and notebooks.
What I built
Rooms showcase
Standard, Twin, Executive and Family Suite presented with pricing, amenities and imagery.
Reservation flow
Guests submit booking requests with dates, room type and occupancy; the team confirms availability directly.
Staff & roles management
Backend module to add staff, assign roles and control what each team member can access.
Lodging & room management
Add, edit and remove rooms, update pricing and amenities, and keep the public site in sync.
Bookings & calendar
Centralised booking management with a calendar view so the team can track stays, arrivals and availability at a glance.
Location & directions
Embedded map and contact details for the Kwabenya–Brekusu Road property.
Mobile-first design
Most hospitality browsing happens on mobile — the site is built for it first.
Ongoing maintenance
Keeping the site and backend live, secure and up to date.

The outcome
A polished, mobile-first hospitality presence paired with a custom backend that lets the Yaakwah team manage staff and roles, add and remove rooms, update lodging details and oversee bookings through a single calendar — replacing manual processes with a system built around how the property actually runs.
Every project at EKOF Studio is led directly by the same senior engineer — from the first conversation to the day it goes live.
